2.1 Can I shop on the TESSITURA TOSCANA TELERIE website from any country in the world?

shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it allows you to shop from any European country and any country in the world after the customer's request has been approved by our staff.

2.2 Can I buy items that are not listed on shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it?

If an item, or any length or color, you want is not available online, please contact our Sales Department by mail at support@ttt-firenze.it.

However, please be aware that fabric online availability is updated daily.

2.3 Is it safe to shop on the web?

2.5 Can I pay with a money order, if I do not have any other accepted means of payment?

No, it is NOT allowed to pay for an online purchase with a money order.

2.8 Which items are available on shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it?

- A selection of outlet items, which are part of previous collections

All products featured on shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it are available physically in our warehouse and therefore ready to ship.
Availability is updated regularly and only in rare cases can a chosen fabric actually be sold out.

2.9. Are there minimum or maximum order amount?

Yes, on the Tessitura Toscana Telerie website, the minimum order is fixed according to the country of destination of the goods and is reported at the time of the order itself.

2.10 Is bespoke cutting service available?

There is no way to request a bespoke cut of any fabric on the TESSITURA TOSCANA TELERIE website. Only lengths that are featured online can be purchased.

2.11 Can I request a catalog?
TESSITURA TOSCANA TELERIE does not have a paper catalog. You can find all of our fabrics on our website, but if you are looking for something in particular that you cannot find, you can always write to support@ttt-firenze.it

2.12 How can I use the discount code?
If you already have a discount code to be used on shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it, place your order as you normally would and at checkout, just before paying, enter the code in the field provided. The system will deduct the discounted amount and the total of your order will update accordingly.

2.13 I have a discount code but I forgot to include it, what do I do?
If you complete your payment without applying a discount code, you cannot request a refund of the equivalent amount, but you can apply the discount code to a future order.

2.14 Can I order by phone?
For internal and logistic reasons, we can only accept orders and payments via our website.

3. SHIPMENT

3.1 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are based on weight, destination and shipment method: by express or standard courier.

The exact amount of shipping fees is indicated on the purchase summary page, before order confirmation.

Courier for ITALY = TNT and DHL domestic service

Courier for other European Union countries and rest of the World = DHL economy and express, Fedex priority and economy and TNT economy and express service

3.2 When will my order be delivered?

Purchases on shop.tessituratoscanatelerie.it are dispatched by courier and approximate delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout. For shipments to Italy and other European Union countries, delivery times are 4 business days after placing the order. For shipments to rest of the world 8 days after placing the order.

4. RETURNS

4.1 How are returns processed?

Returns are accepted only for non-confirming goods to quality specifications. To request a return, please write to support@ttt-firenze.it within 8 days from the date of delivery. Any claim after such date will not be honored. Once the request has been approved by our organization, the non-confirming materials must be sent by courier at our expense. One of our representatives will send you the authorized courier's shipping code. Please return goods carefully packaged, possibly in the original packaging.
